type of care are looking for:
Re-enablement:
Would
you like support to re-enable you get back to full health after a period of
illness or hospital stay, our visiting care workers are able to support you get
back to full health through supporting you with the daily activities you need
help with whilst encouraging you to have the confidence to complete the
activities you can taking each day as it comes.
Companionship
Our
team can drop in couple of hours a week each day, sit with you, complete
puzzles, play games, watch your favourite show, visit your favourite places,
visit any place of worship or take you to the theme park.
Support
with meals
Our visiting teams
can attend to support you prepare your meals and serve you.
Medication
support
Our
carers can support with administering, prompting, or assisting with
medication.
These
